How's the weather in everyone's neck of the woods? It super hot here, hitting almost 100 every day and staying there from before noon till late evening. I can't complain too much though, I'll take the heat over the cold any day (at least I can always go swimming when it's hot).
It's been pretty hot here in the south suburbs of Chicago. Had some rough storms a few weeks ago, but the rain was a well-enjoyed relief! It's been in the uppper 80s-low 90s the past few days...so it's getting me in the mood for the Florida heat and humidity for next month. I agree, I would rather take the heat than cold!! Now if it could just stay at like 82 degrees with a nice warm breeze all the time...
We've been in the high 80s but very humid. We really need some rain too. Funny how almost every day in April it rained and we were getting mad and now we want the rain.

Hi all. It has been ages! My last post was the end of school, and now it is starting again on Monday. Yuck! :( But only 2 weeks until our first holiday. :) Is it really sad that I have written all the holidays and breaks into my planner already?
And only 3 months until our long weekend trip to WDW (over Veteran's Day). And then another 12 months to the cruise. :faint: Good thing we have that March trip to WDW scheduled. :yes:
And in case anyone cares, my DD and I had a wonderful time at WDW back in June. We even went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. :wizard: I really enjoyed the HP ride, but DD thought it was too throw-you-around-a lot. I rode it twice - she only once. The living pictures were cool. But the Butter Beer was AMAZING! A hint - mix the liquid and the frozen butter beer together. Muy tasty. I really hope WDW does as good a job with the new Fantasy Land expansion as Universal Studios did with Hogsmeade.
Now that I just got back from the World, I can start planning my cruise!!
OMG, I saw the DREAM too when we went to the beach last Tuesday. It was getting ready to leave port and I was crying soo much going past it. My mom was like, what's wrong? I was all...I dont wanna wait til next Nov!! I wanna go now!!
It was soo beautiful!! Wow!!
Then when we were at the beach, we saw it again going out to sea!! So cool!!
