Shore Excursions in Key West & Nassau...

As you can see from my ticket below, I'm going on my first Disney cruise in May!!! :)

I know that in Castaway Cay I'm going to parasail, but can't decide what to do in KW or Nassau...
In KW I'm trying to decide between "The Conch Republic Tour & Museum Package", "The Conch Train Tour", & "Presidents, Pirates, & Pioneers" tour. In Nassau, it'll either be "See & Sea Island Tour", "Astrada Gardens & City Tour", or "Nassau Harbor Cruise"--I really wanted to do "Blackbeard's Cay Stringray Adventure", but the website says it's not currently operating :(

Anyone who's done any of these excursions have any input?

My husband and I have booked a cruise this year as well. This is our first cruise and we are wondering if we should go ashore in Nassau or stay on board.
Any advice would be great.
