Awe I remember the Big Red Boat.
Right now in the Chi TV and Radio market, Disney is really pushing the Miami port for DCL, very long and frequent commercials for that port.
Disney Magic named best large cruise ship by Condé Nast Traveler readers - OrlandoSentinel.com
That really makes me happy, because the Royal Caribbean is like. Oh! look at us, were makeing the biggest ship in the world every year! And that's what makes us great!
But this really says alot about how far the DCL has come since The Big Red Boat. But what I really want to know is what do you think about it?

Some people are like Slinkies.
They aren't really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.
Friends are Gods way of apologizing to us for our families.
I love DCL. I'm going on my third cruise in Aug

Well Condé Nast has a great reputation, and it's pretty awesome to hear how they're ranking the older ships higher than the newer ones. In my mind it really shows how Disney service outshines the "new and shiny" that seems to bias peoples perspective of things. Not that Disney isn't bright and new, but their service really can make the difference.
Well, they do say that a "happy" crew makes for a "helpful" crew, and while this may not be representive of every crewmember, some of those that I have talked to, who have served on other cruise lines, say that they prefer serving on a Disney Cruise ship, as compared to the other cruise ships.
