I need some technical help please !

I'm not sure if this is a good place for this or not, but i have been trying to make a signature banner and cannot get it to show up for me. I was going by the size requirements and got nothing. Now i'm not picky i just want to add something to my post that feels good to me . Anyone know where or how i can get a good one or tell me what i was doing wrong ?

This is how I did it.
Once you create your ticker, copy the url (make sure you choose the one that begins
BBCode or UBBCode on it).
Paste it in the box on your signature page.
Preview your signature and make sure you save it if you like it
