I'm glad you're enjoying it. Branson on a Dime is scheduled for a late-summer '06 release. Suprisingly, Branson was a little more difficult to crack due to all of the moving parts and players. We are still working through the details.

My copy came today :D woohoo! I love the inscription (still very proud of being the first international order!) I'm going to start reading it when I get offline tonight - thanks guys, and great job!

I have just spent the last couple of days looking through my copy, they had it at our local Chapters store. Great book!! We will be using alot of these hints in our upcoming trip!

Is the book available at any major bookstore?

Probably, 'Chapters' is a pretty big chain and they had it. I am sure any book store will order it though. Or you could order it right from the Disney on a Dime website.

I tried to purchase this and it says the recipient can not accept money at this time

Try Amazon.com. They are pretty good. Also try Chapters/Indigo. That is where I got mine.
