This is all well and good folks, however I guess I'm a little stingy when it comes to my time at WDW and was hoping for a not-so-busy time when we go in September! LOL! Anyway, I know Disney is offering a great deal and trying to boost business and the economy so I hope those who can will take advantage of this! It would be nice of them to offer free dining to DVC members though!
I have to agree with you there. I guess that's only a small negative about owning a DVC. This will be our first September trip, the first week. We are anticipating hot, humid and busy. Plus we'll be pushing a wheel chair around. We normally go in May, my favorite. We did MNSSHP last year in October and it was jammed.

We just went in March and although I just read that Spring Break wasn't what it has been in years past it was pretty busy! We used all the tricks we've learned over the years and it worked out well but even early EMH were busy! I guess I got spoiled in May 2007 when we went and got right on every ride! Yeah, May is the time to go, I guess! Can't wait until 2016, which will probably be our next May trip! (FYI we do a "Coming of age" trip for all my parent's grandkids when they turn 12. My oldest Niece's trip was in 2007 but since the next one in May will be my only Nephew, all the guys get to take that trip so I'll have to wait for my third daughter's trip in 2016!)
I've read you have to book fro 5 days / 6 nights in order to get this offer? is that true?

I just booked my free dining!!... I'm staying from 8/19-8/23 so you don't need to stay for the 5 nights/6 days like it says on the disneyworld website...
I was only on hold for like 15 seconds and the lady helping me (Passion) was probably the most helpful person I've ever talked to on the phone. She even helped me with ideas on how to propose.

YEAH!!! This is what hooked me as an adult! What a deal!!!
September 20 through the 27th for us!!!!!!!! I booked with Mouse Fan Travel and Coleen was awesome! My mom and dad may be going as well PLUS my best friend and his family! I'm keeping Coleen busy! I hope I make it on her Christmas card list!
I am excited yet apprehensive. I'm taking my 2 oldest out of school for the week and I'm concerned about it. Anyone planning to meet up during this time outside of the Adventurer's Club get together?
Do all restaurants at WDW participate in the free dining?

OK - The Disney Dining freebie almost makes it a no brainer. Question - do you have to get a Hopper Pass for all the days of your trip to qualify for the free dining? Or is it just the hotel stay? We are planning an "adults only" trip the last week in September - still qualifies for Value Season and we want to catch Epcot's Wine and Food Festival
