Kids normally stay free with their parents at the resorts, right? Does this deal mean that if the parents purchase a package with 7 day PH tix, the kids will receive 7 day PH tix as well?

I don't get that either, they stay for free anyway, so they must give them free passes to the parks I'm assuming......but I know I'm not supposed to assume, so please suzy tell us the deal.
