Poll: What would YOU do?
We have been assigned the room directly across from the public laundry room on our cruise. I called the travel agent to ask about moving and the "only" other available room is directly across from the elevators. Would you stay with the "laundry" room or move to the "elevator" room?

Laundry room...just think the regular chuga chuga of the washers and dryers would be like the rumbling of a train and probably rather soothing. Better then the random ding ding of the elevator.
P.S. can I come with you? I can squish myself real small to fit in the overnite bag.
-
i'm thinking the elevator room.... you can have a lot of fun there.... make people wait on a different level longer by calling the elevator to your floor and pushing every button before the doors close.
-
i would stay away from the elevators the traffic flow is probably heavier there compared to where the laundry roo m is
and its closer if you need to do any laundry!!
Around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things... and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths. - Walt Disney

My Wife and I have been cruising..... we did not spend ANY time doing laundry.... but we did go on the elevator many times...........
Stay by the laundry room... no one does laundy all night , but people will be up at all hours ( casino ) and will be using the elevator!!!!

I voted for laundry too. I don't think there will be as much traffic there.

I voted for laundry.... I mean how many people really do laundry on vacation.. Mostly families with Children. Even still, they usually plan for extra sets of clothes. The elevators is going to be very busy and very loud do to people late at night that might have a few drinks and not know their actual noise level.. I say go with Laundry

Disney Cruises do not have casino's

I already told you on the complaint thread what my choice would be....across from the laundry room since not many people will be spending their vacation to do laundry.
-
I didn't see the best idea. Book both rooms then give one to me. It doesn't matter which one you give me.
-
Now that is a really good idea. Why didn't I think of that?

I would go with the laundry room, too. There is actually a small percentage of people who use the laundry while everyone on your floor uses the elevator.
