This sounds like me too, DH working me off. 6 1/2 hour drive. Thinking of spending a night or doing the drive back if DC comes along.

Thanks! I haven't had a chance to see about hotels yet. I'm even starting to wonder if we'll drive part way and then stay. Mom will only get out of work at 4 so by the time we leave it could be around 5 and it's a 5-1/2 hr. drive.

Lahaska is very old town Pennsylvania with really good shopping. There are a couple good restaurants there but really require reservations. Any chance someone will be there early enough to grab a reservation for 30???

Some of the restaurants have the option to call ahead or to make a reservation online. This is the Peddler's Village Dining Information. Click on dining guide it brings up the restaurants then you can see phone numbers or online reservation information for the different restaurants.

I could make the phone calls to see who has room for our group...after that, If y'all wanna do this, I'll collect names and head counts and call it in before the meet. I need to put this out there first: Is our wonderful meet organizer already planning a gathering cause I am by no means trying to step on anybody's toes by stepping in like this~
