I believe Lou usually anounces the time/place on the podcast or you may find a thread about it on the boards.:mickeykid
The weekends vary. Sometimes it's the first and the next month it can be the last weekend. Just keep an eye here and listen to the show to find out when and where. He usually announces it a month ahead of time.
