Food and Wine with Friends 2011

Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you know that we booked last for Caribbean Beach (PIRATE ROOM!) and will be joining you all from Sept. 29 - Oct. 2! My parents and I couldn't be more excited!

Cape May Cafe? We'd be interested since we wouldn't have to go too far, lol... After we could go to pick up the race packets and head to Epcot.

As far as DATW, I'm not sure we are going to be able to get everyone together this time. If we have it Friday, people will miss it, if it is Sunday, people will miss it.... I think that we will probably spend the majority of Friday at Epcot doing F&W.

I can be there for Breakfast. I arrive Thursday afternoon.

I'll make a breakfast ADR for 20ish people at the 180 mark. If I need to add or reduce the number I can. Is there a preferred time? 8:30ish?

Just noticed.... you can now make a reservation for 14 people instead of 10.

Even though we are staying at BCV, which has a great location, my husband still wants to rent a car, he doesn't like Disney transportation. I don't mind, it's his only request, so if I have to spend a little extra money on a rental to make him happy, I'll do it.

:) I can't say I blame him. It is nice to have your independence to travel when and where you want and even run somewhere offsite if you need to.
