Mid west magic meet

The only way it will work if a person who can get a good rate with chicago area hotels ,
Rooms are not cheap How many nights function space etc Ask \Fred He knows about hotels
Chicago would work for me otherwise how about the water capital Of the mid west wisc Dells

i know chicago is a neat place Just give it soom thought

This is a very informal poll to began , We pick A day or days then a city close to transportation hubs a hotel
what we want from the hotel and what they want from us get event insurance and some one to do it.
Then you make personal travel plans and go.

I did this type of meeting planing years ago it it not easy when when help is scattered all over the country
The style of meet would have to be like the Freds in hershey pen or where Please give this some thought

I have not found the polling software part ,
But I would like to know what city some of you may like to hold this meet
we should stay in the upper midwest many cities are close to each other
like a short plane trip a couple hors two about a days drive, Madison Wi we have a set
Designer who worked on Pirates he knows Johnny , Indianapolis an online Friend who knew Walt .
For 7 years Chicago A distant connection to Walt Kansas city ms Laughograms studio Historical site
Wisc Dells small tuoristy site lots of water parks . St Paul min . Give it some thought I will be watching.

Pretty much a newbie here, but I'll put in a plug for Indianapolis - "The Crossroads of America" Fairly inexpensive hotel rooms (especially if the meet is not Downtown) - additional sight-seeing opportunities (Children's Museum, the Zoo) and .... an Earl of Sandwich franchise!
