Well, you will have to ask Paul as to the exact whereabouts from which it originated, but we (Paul, Mandy, and myself) actually had a discussion about this over dinner at the Columbia Harbour House right after you left that day. If I remember correctly, it stems from the song "Polly Wally Doodle." The name Wally probably was just a shortened version of a longer nickname, Pauly Wally.
