What sort of place is the pub? Are kids allowed? Would love to come but dont go far without the kids!!

Good question. I don't know about children since I've only been there with adults. When we tie down this date as "set", I'll check that out at the pub. Actually, I can ask some of my husband's workmates since they have been there more than I have. The room I'd like to rent is upstairs. It has a small bar on one side of building, but the other side as a separate room with some comfy chairs and a fireplace. It would depend on how many people respond as to which room or rooms we reserve.

I have noted the date .....................& will keep looking out for more details after Xmas/New Year..........................what time to meet in the pub.....................where in Paddington is it..........never been to Paddington.................are the intensions to stay there all the time etc..................as long as I know all the finer details .if I can make it ,I,ll know where to find you,s all..........................even if I can drop in for an hour or so.
Yep, we'll get the Festivities out of the way and then we'll get our heads together pretty quickly!!

I still need to verify the details at the pub. I was supposed to get some info from a friend, and have not heard from her. After the 26th I'll get on it.
Sorry that I haven't had a chance to follow up on the pub. Company is gone, so I don't have any more excuses. Besides, time is running out.
... I wonder if perhaps we have tried to do it so close to Christmas and New Year???
Would it be better to postpone it until Spring when the weather is warmer and the days longer???
Just a thought.
No problems with either for us as we are only about an hour from London. Let us know what everyone else wants to do!
