The most recent "Official Album" appears to have been released October 2006, which would correspond with the Year of a Million Dreams start. Laughing Place store has it: http://www.laughingplacestore.com/Product-4463.asp
If Laughing Place has it, then it is being sold at the parks, as that is where they get a lot of their stuff from.
