well the boy started trading and he started with a paper clip and ended up with a house after a bunch of trades... and thats what i was wanting to do.. but do it disney style.. just trade one thing for another then trade that item and so and so on.. just to meet new people and see all the differnt disney stuff we can come up with for the trade.. i'm in no way expexting to end up with the cinderella's castle or anything LOL

we pay for the postage of our own item.. so if i send the pluto to someone i pay to send him to whoever i'm trading him with..

Ok, that is what I thought. Just something to keep in mind, a larger, heavier item will be more costly to ship. I have to go through my things and see what I can find.

my mom gave me loads of disney stuff for xmas that she got at a sale.. their was also a babmi, snow white ron lee figures.. but i ebayed them..

i know.. i know.. but i honestly had no where to put them.. and i didnt want them to live in a box

and hey i'm not looking for fancy or anything.. because i'm just trading around to meet new people and find interesting things

To refer back to the red paperclip story, which I have heard of before, my friends & I have played a game very similar to it, called "Bigger and Better." You can go in groups and your goal obviously is to get the biggest and best items from random peoples' homes. Everyone in your group starts off with a pen and you go door to door and try to trade your pen for something that is bigger & better. You set a certain time, to allow enough time, but not too much time for people to collect their items. You will be amazed. And the items you trade are permanent. So if someone ever does come to your door to trade something with you, make sure it's something you wouldn't mind giving away for good. It's a fun game for college students, especially. Both years I've done it, the girls have lost b/c the boys are such cheaters! Anyway, any college students out there should try it out!

.... and may I add, that if you are indeed underage, please get your parents permission before participating, informing them of what you are trading and with whom.
