OK, so to be honest, after "number crunching" I STILL can't afford $33,000 on a 33,000 pound monorail to sit in a backyard that I don't have yet. My DW was panicking, while my father was laughing (and promsied to help if the bid actually went through)

Since the reserve wasn't met, I'm curious to see what the final price will be

Between the 20,000 Leagues sub I'm trying to reconstruct one porthole at a time and my quest for the monorail....

Then again, now that I know Olmec is building the track in HIS backyard...

Well the bidding ended tonight at $33,525.00, but the reserve was not met.

Sadly, I walk away from eBay minus one large red monorail.

And olmec built me that nice long track for nothing.
