HELP: Crisis in Oregon (our brand new refillable mug broke)

My Fiance suffered a tragic loss during our return home from the WDW Radio Cruise - her brand new 2011 refillable mug dropped on the floor and cracked on the inside :( :(

Since we were already in the airport, we threw it away and somehow got home through the suffering. Now that we're back in Oregon though, she wants a replacement to get her through her loss and I'd like to make her happy.

I've already contacted laughingplace - does anyone else know of a good way to get a 2011 refillable mug? Any volunteers to sell me one?!?!?! I don't know what to do. I called the WDW Merchandise phone-ordering place and they said they won't sell me one since it's a resort promotional item :(

Sooooo sad! We lost a mickey and minnie snowglobe (despite lots and lots and lots of tissue paper and padding) that was an engagement present from my friend on the travel back from the cruise :( Now that you can't bring them in your carry on they're a hard thing to transport I guess. So sad :(
