Looks good, and it's now on sale (gee what a bargain at $129 ... but read the fine print - the whole "This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, or birth defects or other reproductive harm. Sorry, no gift boxing available." really is a bit of a bummer.
Then again, since I can't afford a "real" one... one of these would be pretty sweet:

He is cool....what on earth is in him that is that dangerous and if it is why are they even selling it??????????? I wouldn't mind one myself but I guess I will have to be satisfied with the gargoyle I got at Big Lots for 13 bucks....he is kinda neat and will be greeting my creatures this year for halloween. His eyes lite up and he says Welcome to our Haunted Home...then he screeches and his wings flap...very neat
Maybe you can get one of those car kits you build to have your own toad car You can even customize them..
Every Disney item with a light in it has that warning. It's one of CA over protective stupid laws. They put warnings on EVERYTHING out there. I even think they have a law saying that potato chips need a warning.
Thats Calaforina, I say get it. You never know if it will be put off production too!
hey hey hey dont be haten on Cali!
Sorry, about that. Not directed at you, just some of the "odd" laws. I would not want to offend the people of Calaforina because thats where the Disney parks orginated from!
That car is great, I'd definitely go for that if I was a fan.
I wish the same treatment would be applied to my favourite.
Will Babington though made a great replica of a 20K attraction sub. Props and all.

Oh CA can be a royal PITA when it comes to labelling and EPA approval of products. The chemical company I used to work for would be able to introduce a new product in most states, but CA ALWAYS took the longest to get approval...and at times it got that label about "cancer."
I'd buy it if you want Lou, don't let that legal label stop you. Besides, it's not like you plan on ingesting any part of that....or are?
always plotting, planning, and looking forward to our next adventure...
Don't worry about the "This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, or birth defects or other reproductive harm." warning, Lou! Most of the pins on the DisneyShopping site say the same thing! It's just a precaution.

I think I saw a warning on our air the other day.(no smog or industrial-just too much dirt in the air) Apparently it can cause breathing difficulties. Well, not breathing it would also cause breathing difficulties so I guess I will just have to take my chances.
I heard that reading the DWT site while in the state of CA you may get eye cancer...
There are a number of discount codes available at mousesavers.com for disneyshopping.com. Check here: http://www.mousesavers.com/disneyshopping.html for the latest codes.
As for the label, that seems to be on anything with an electrical cord lately. There is more information on the California law requiring the label here: http://www.oehha.ca.gov/prop65/background/p65plain.html

is it that strange that Chernabog, the essence of evil, would want to make people sick?

All the people will look up and shout: "Save us!" and I'll whisper...'no'.
Who watches the watchmen?
Hahaha, I thought that was good, but thats me...haha.
