Dang and i just cut one up like that for mashed potatoes last week...geez I could made some bucks off of it....LOL Just kidding, I did have a lumpy one tho. HMMM...have to watch my garden for odd shaped tomatoes. LOL

I wonder how you would preserve something like that so it dont start smelling REALLY bad?

Looks like it will have to be shipped to Rich & Ann's house unless you can convince the seller to ship to the US! That could be a bon voyage gift or something.
