Pirates 4!

wooo! i love pirates! but besides the fountain of youth, i thought that they tied up the ending perfectly to keep it as a trilogy. i liked the 3rd one too but i think the thing was it was too long.

From what I understand Kiera is not going to sign on for this one. I personally think that story is finished (especially at the very end where you see her with her and Will's son). It would be nice to see cameos of Will and Barbossa as their characters are very much part of the pirating world.

Well I heard neither Kiera or Orlando will be in it, and that Zac Efron might do it and be cast as "Will's Son" Dont know if this is true but i cant picture Zac as a pirate!!

as much as i love the trilogy, i'm really iffy about this. it could very easily be ruined by a fourth movie.
i know they left it wide open at the end of 3 for another, but i'm perfectly happy thinking that Jack will always be looking to horizon for the next great adventure and treasure. another thing is i think the story of will and elizabeth was wrapped up, i don't feel i need to see more of it. to be honest i think liz ending up the pirate king was a bit much, but that's besides the point.
my other concern about a fourth movie is it's already such a success, isn't another movie gilding the lily? what if it flops? would that effect the franchise of pirates as a whole or would people just not like the 4th. or would it be viewed as something they'll keep milking as long as it makes money.

I am extremely excited of all the movies but especially Pirates 4. Can't wait to see Johnny, Zach & hopefully more of the original cast.

Pirates 4, even if it is not as good as the first few, will still be more fun to watch than most of the rubbish that hits the theaters. I'll watch it and have fun because that's what these movies are really about- having fun and enjoying the ride.

I can't wait for Pirates 4, I think Russell Brand will be EXCELLENT as the new member of the Sparrow clan!

I'm excited about it....But not overly estatic, as I am sure there will be no Will & Elizabeth.
