Race To Witch Mountain

I saw Race To Witch Mountain last night, and was wondering what everyone thought of it. I thought it was great, it had solid characters with lots of action and a decent plot. The special effects were kind of cheap, but the story and characters more than made up for it. I think Dwayne Johnson is really finding his place in Hollywood, picking the right roles, and hopefully we will see him in many more Disney productions. I've haven't seen the original Witch Mountain movies, but they are in my Netflix queue, and I'm looking forward to comparing them to the new incarnation. Your thoughts?

i saw it and thought it was pretty good. i might have to see it again so i can figure out what i really think of it. having said that i thought Dwayne Johnson did a good job, the plot was good, most of the acting was good. i'd give it a 6 maybe 7.

I haven't seen it yet, but plan on doing so this coming week. Looking forward to it, even though the movie got slammed in our local papers. They only rated it one star.

just saw it. they could have done more to make it a 4 star movie. thought it was ok not bad about a c.

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It actually kept me entertained the whole time and had some pretty good action sequences. I'd say 6/10.
