Loved Monsters, Inc so I look forward to a return of these character. In fact, I enjoyed all the flims they are looking at for sequels.
I just read on another sites forum that they are gonna make a Monsters Inc 2, Incredibles 2, and a Finding Nemo 2.
I hope more then anything that they make the Monsters Inc 2. The end of the first one was kinda a cliff hanger... Sully walks into Boo's room and you hear a little bit older Boo say "Kitty." How cool would that be if we see an older Boo?
as for the other 2 I have no clue.
I know that Toy Story 3 will be out in 2010 or 2011 (I forget which one)
Can't wait for that.![]()

Since Pluto is no longer a planet. I think Mickey should be the new one.

I don't know... "Finding Nemo 2" doesn't sound like such a good idea.... it seems like the story's been told. What's left to say?
"Monsters, Inc. 2" is a better idea. While I don't know if there would be enough good material for a feature-length film, it would be nice to see a new adventure with an older Boo. It would be interesting to see something more along the lines of the original treatment, where older Boo (who would probably go by her real name, Mary) participates in making other children laugh while disguised as a monster!
The best one by far seems to be "The Incredibles 2." That's really the only Pixar film that feels like it needs a sequel. My one concern is that Jack-Jack has become the "Mary Sue," what with all of his ridiculously awesome powers. Basically, if it can't be done by strength, stretching, speed, or invisibility.... send Jack-Jack! Boom! Every problem solved!
Aw, well. They're Pixar. I'm sure they could make anything good. Heck, "Toy Story 2" was even better than the original! Who was expecting that one before it came out?
And now Pixar is making a Toy Story 3...
btw anyone know what thats even about cause I have no clue.

"Toy Story 3" is basically set several years after "Toy Story 2." Andy is going off to college, and leaves his old playthings at a day-care center, where they embark upon a new adventure!
Toy Story 3 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Yes, I know Wikipedia isn't always the most reliable source, but I'm fairly certain I've heard this verified on other sites. There's a conversation about the film happening on Ultimate Disney, as well.
One of the characters to watch, from what I've heard, is a very large, stuffed pink bear, briefly seen in "Up." This is only a rumor, as far as I know, but the word on the street is that it is going to be the villain....
Cool...
All I have to say about Toy Story 3 is that they better put some LGM's in there somewhere, I love those little aliens.

I'm sure they will. They're cute, and funny. Besides, they sell lots and lots of little toys!
They better, or Pixar will make me very upset with them.

I found this old news link on the Pixar website. The press report is from last year, but documents Pixar/Disney projects through 2012. No Monster Inc. 2, Finding Nemo 2, or Incredibles 2. Sorry, but it isn't looking encouraging.

The next shows are "Toy Story 3", "Cars 2", "The Bear & The Bow", and then "Newt"

I heard about Cars 2, I think thats a bad idea. Seems pointless.
what would that even be about?

Basically, Lightning McQueen and Mater go on an international road trip, through Europe and possibly into Asia as well, I'm really not sure.
That's the only plot information that has been released so far. It doesn't seem like the greatest premise for a movie, but then, neither did the original "Cars," and that turned out alright. I am somewhat worried that it will be the first Pixar movie to not be awesome, though....
Ok if thats it then it just might be the first Pixar movie to not be awesome (Thou the first Cars wasn't all that great.)

My personal opinion is Pixar may just actually be able to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. They made a movie about talking toys, a non-talking robot, and a rat in a restaurant, and they made them all into compelling stories with incredible images. I've learned their movies are worth taking a chance on, even if my first impression is poor. For me, it's worth giving the product a chance.

I agree with DisneyHomeVideo.... Pixar has surprised us in the past, and they don't seem likely to stop doing it! Sure, I also felt that "Cars" was the weakest of the 10 films out so far, but you never know... as I said earlier, I thought that "Toy Story 2" surpassed the original, especially on an emotional level, so there really isn't any particular reason why "Cars 2" couldn't do the same.
