    Gee...I liked G-Force!

Just took a bunch of kids age 2 - 10 to see the movie in 3D and we loved it! The story was a lot of fun with lots of action and very little down time. At just under 90 minutes it didn't overstay its welcome. As for the 3D, it was the best I've seen in a movie so far. Disney cleverly does not have the action fill the entire screen. Instead, there's a small black border around the action, like a letterboxed DVD. In certain sequences, objects extend past the border of the film and into the black letterboxed areas. This goes a long way to making explosions, insects, etc to appear to leave the confines of the screen. It's very subtle, but very effective. I think Disney has a great new franchise to build on.

Oh, and the 3D previews of Alice in Wonderland and the Toy Story 1 and 2 Double Feature were priceless!!

Thanks for the tip. I've been waiting to take my boys but honestly, the ads on TV make it seem kind of lame. I'm glad to hear it's better than expected.

I wasn't too impressed with the previews, but may have to go see it after your review.

My wife and son and I just got back from seeing it. Was pretty good. Just remember its a kids show but who of us aren't at heart being Disney fanatics. I thought the hamster played by Steve Buscemi (?) was hilarious. Has a twist that wasn't expected.
