    After seeing the trailer and seeing some stills of the movie through facebook, I now completely understand and now agree with this decision. There's no way no how that they'd be able to match the level of texture and amazement that they've done with computers for this one. I used to want this to be 2D just as much as everyone else, but I think I like the super high quality that they got out of it with computers.

    I'm not so sure wether "Tangled" should have been 2D or 3D but i do agree with you about 2D as an art form. I too grew drawing and trying to create drawings like that. But i also as time went on brought that to my computer and tried to learn how to enhance things with my computer. I do however think that there is still room for 2D films just as much as CG and 3D films !
