Classic Disney

Maybe they should just come up with the idea of having another Disney Channel called Classic Disney.

That way they could just run all the old classic MMC and stuff and still have one channel for their target market group.

i want them to bring back the alice and wonderland show. i think it was called through the looking glass. she would walk into her mirror and be in a wonderland. i miss that show

it was called Adventures in Wonderland...i used to watch it before i went to school in the morning. it had a really catchy tune, i thought it was a cute and creative show.

Mandabella - I really hope that your rumor about Song of the South is true.

True fans have been waiting for that one for a long time. Not that Splash Mountain isn't a great ride, but I go on it to get my SotS fix.

Since I'm a gentleman, iwannabeminnie, I'll definitely let you be first in line. I'll even hold the door for you, but I'm definitely getting the second copy!

Amen to that. Our daughters (2 and 4) love all the characters. Recently we asked them if they'd ever seen a Mickey Mouse or a Donald Duck cartoon. No to both. I know they show them sometimes on the Disney Channel, but we never get to see them. A classic Disney channel would be perfect.
Anybody out there know who can take care of getting it done?

i totally agree! They need to either show the classic MMC or they need to have a new MMC!!!! And maybe on that channel they can show more Walt Disney!

Does anyone have a contact that can get us an email address to send requests for that sort of thing? I think we stand a better chance of getting a separate channel for the classics (a lot like Boomerang for Hanna-Barberra cartoons). If not a contact, then maybe we should start an online petition to send to someone who could do something about it...

Does anyone have or know of a list of all the earlier disney shows? Does anyone know of a show that had the word Avalon in it? I think it was through disney.
