Epcot on The Simpsons?

Does anyone remeber a spoof of Epcot on the simpsons?

I do. I believe it was called "Efcot." Homer was upset because he couldn't go to WDW to get a churro, and at the end he hops a fence into MK. He is then outraged because the churro was priced at $75.

And you could forget this classic line...

[just after Principal Skinner and Miss Krabapple have broken up in Efcot]
HOMER: "So, wanna go on the electric car ride with me and Marge?"
SKINNER: "No, I'm afraid the only ride for me is the ride of crushed hopes and dreams."
HOMER: "Oh, you mean the Enron ride! Come on, let's go!"

Oh, that was a great episode...

oh! thats right! thanks olmec. But I remember efcot wasnt in disney world, which brings up the WDW is the same as MK argument.

I was actually on acouple days ago on upn. Everytime i see that i have to bring up the problems with it. But i still always have to watch it. Its a great episode. And it even has the turtles song "happy together"(ive saw 2 of them 3 years ago up close yay). Love the episode. I wish there was a hotel on the property like there is in the show. (and i thought it wwas $12 for a churro, oh well ur proboly right about hte higher amt)

I remember this episode! Lol, i was annoyed that they made fun of Epcot. But, I have to admit, it was HILARIOUS! Awesome episode

Yea, thats the episode we r talking about. Isnt it great? They went down because Bart had nominated Ms. Krabapple to be the Teacher of the year. This gets them to go to Epcot because its a learning place. They go to the world with flying cars and "happy together" in one ride. Then Skinner comes down to marry her maybe. After Illuminations is over, Homer and Marge make some of their own fireworks. So yea theres more to it but its a good overview. Proboly shouldve warned some people before but im warning now to not read the above if you havnt seen the episode
