We saw it yesterday and thought it was very cute. There was certain something missing I agree. I'd love to tell you what it was, but I don't want to ruin it for anyone who has yet to see it. But the story line was good and the kids thought it was really funny. We'll definitely buy it when it comes to DVD.

We went tonite to see it and left an hour into the movie. AND MIND YOU...you are talking to the cheapskate of all cheapskates when it comes to getting my money worth. It was a bit boring, not very lively. Meghyn wanted to go and said she didnt like this Santa movie and can we go home and watch the one on tv(we have the 1st one recorded on dvr) Martin Short does a great job but I do agree it seems to be missing the magic the first two had.

So I'm guessing the PotCIII trailer didn't air with SC3? That was one of my two main reasons to see it!
