I couldn't find any stitch things either when I was doing my Polynesian/Ohana layout a few days ago. Here's what I did. I went to this website. http://www.disneyclips.com/mainpage.html

I copied a few pictures to paint and printed them on acid free white cardstock. Then I cut them out. But I didn't use regular scissors. I actually used fingernail scissors. They were sharp and had tiny pointed ends. It worked out well.

on mine you just drop in the item you want to become a sticker and turn the crank and voila! It's a sticker!
