What are we talking about? If its DVC, then it depends on how many points you want. Points are around $100 a piece, go to DVC by resale, I think they have a whole explanation about it on the website

Assuming you mean DVC since you posted this in the DVC forums...

I'm not sure there is an average cost per person. It's not a per person cost. It's however many points your purchase cost. Point cost can vary depending if you buy a resale or if you buy new directly from Disney. Also, the cost per points increases over time. What I paid for my DVC membership 7 years ago is lot cheaper than if I were to buy in right now for the same number of points at another resort. And, you also have to factor in the cost of dues.

I wouldn't be afraid to call Member Service. I usually have a really good experience with them.
