Around $19,200 with the current incentives, plus closing, etc. for 200 points at AKV.

The points are good until 2057, which is a bit less than 50 years.

I wish I had points! We've been contemplating joining for a while. Have the book, watched the video. Have stayed at OKW and this year staying at BCV. And I know the longer we wait the more money it's gonna cost us. :cry:

no points yet but with in the next few years id like to have around 360 or so. Hey maybe i will win the lottery and buy them sooner. Anyone have an idea how the financing works? How much is it per point per month?

We have 400 points. We started with 200 in summer of 2005. But we quickly found it's not enough! LOL Having DVC made us always feel as if we had a place there...so we could easily convince ourselves to go. Last year in the fall, they ran the promotion of for SSR points...and if you purchased 200 points they would give you a one-time bonus 270 points. How could we pass that up? :D :lol:

I wanted to purchase into AKV but we don't tend to know 11 months out...so we couldn't take advantage of that perk. And it was cheaper to add on at SSR.

We have 410 points. We started with 150 VWL points. Then added 100 points at SSR. Then 160 more points at SSR.
