Hi,
We are staying at POFQ this year and are considering joining the DVC to have our "home" at OKW. It's a long shot but does anyone know if DVC offers a try before you buy scheme?

Alas, no, they don't offer a try before you buy.... If you've never stayed @ OKW before you could try renting points from a DVC owner, that way you can stay at OKW and make sure it's the resort for you...If it is, check the resales, as OKW is technically a ''sold out'' resort....Right now DVC is actively selling AKLV and BLT..If you are down there you could sign up for a tour to learn more about the program, but again, AKLV and BLT would be the focus of the tour....Could always order the free dvd also for more info...And feel free to ask us any specific questions here that you have.

What is it that you want to try? You can always get the same DVC rooms by just booking them through normal reservations. We originally booked a studio at SSR and they upgraded us to a one bedroom. When we where back at home we purchased the DVC at AKV. The tour is very good and not a high pressure sales pitch.

dvc does not give you a try before you buy too many people would want thids.
