Just ot a mailing today from DVC, as of October 3rd, the Buy in cost at Bay Lake Tower will increase to $120 per point. Up from $112 right now.

Just remember the direct prices may go up but resales will be around to beat those prices. When the 20K comes along...I'll help you buy more than you had planned! ;)

112 or 120 won't make much difference. I'll call Shontell if that 20k ever comes in.

I just got the postcard, but it says the increase won't happen until Nov. 1st.
Nov 1 is the date for the increase for member add-ons, while Oct 3 is the date for new people buying into DVC.Quote:
