You used to be able to order off of the Olivia's Menu at Good's on the Go...
I was a huge fan of their Shrimp Po' Boy and I would get it from the counter at Good's when the rest of the group just wanted to order burgers from the counter...
It is certainly worth asking about...

I am not sure if this is still the case...

You used to be able to order most items off of Olivia's Menu from good's counter.

I am a HUGE fan of their Shrimp Po' Boy and I would order it when the rest of the group was getting hamburgers from the counter.

Like I said up top, they may have changed this policy, but it is certainly worth looking into...

Really? Oh wow, I didn't know that...Breakfast was my main thing, I didn't want to sit @ Olivia's every morning, so I ended up w/a bagel most mornings, when I would've liked something in between.

    I got engaged @ WDW 1/24/10

Like I said, not sure if it still true...

I have been to Boardwalk ans Saratoga the last 7 trips...my Brother is also DVC Member and like to walk around the B'Walk and Downtown with his little ones in their stroller, so we haven't been there in a while.

Last time I was at Old Key west was about 2 1/2 years ago so it may have changed.

I also ordered Conch Fritters there all the time, even when they weren't on the menu any more.

I head back in 3 weeks, staying at B'Walk but I may run by OKW just to look into this now...

I love OKW - so relaxed and spacious and so friendly. We try other DVC resorts but OKW keeps calling us home.

I think they have stopped the ability to order Olivias food from Goods to go which is a real pity.

We bought there in 1992 and our family feels like it's their second home.

Wow. Why do you all love OKW so much. I have stayed at many of the resorts at WDW DVC and otherwise. We found a few things about OKW off setting and the prettiness of the resort just couldn't overcome.

No elevators. Being on the third floor made the lack of an elevator a big deal. You get all the way down the stairs and you forgot something and there you go hiking up and then back down. Even the All-Stars has a vator.

Only 1 ice machine at the pools. 3 flights of stairs and a walk across the resort to get a little bucket of ice.

Our family likes the offsetting and the feel of not really being at a hotel type environment. We just got back from a stay at OKW and either the freezer had an icemaker or we had trays to make ice for our drinks and such. As for the walking up stairs and no elevator. The times we stay at the BW...I feel like waiting for the elevator, then walking down a long hallway can be just as time consuming as walking up stairs at OKW. I guess it is just what you prefer to do.

I was staying at a studio for the weekend. So the Ice machine was more important at the time. If we would have had a full fridge it would have been better.

I'm not slamming the resort or knocking those that like it. just looking for the resons over the other resorts people love this one so much.

I must say that a studio at OKW is not my favourite but that is because there are only two of us and we prefer the other studio layouts with one bed and one sofa bed. OKW is our favourite resort though because we normally manage to stay in a one bedroom and the amount of space you get is awesome - so much better than any other resort. We also like the fact you can park outside the room and the very laid back atmosphere.

Oh I know you wern't slamming it..I was getting frustrated with myself because I just got back from there and really had to think about how we got ice. Crazy how quickly we forget.

Is there a problem with the buses? I am staying there this year so any tips would be appreciated.
