Booking with AP or Florida resident rates

Most people don't realize it, but you can get a wonderful discount up to 45% ... at a DVC resort using an AP or a Florida resident rate. Every other year or so we do this at Vero Beach, and we love it. It's right on the beach, quiet, serene, and has a character breatfast featuring Goofy and Max every Saturday. I often see questions from people asking where they can go to the beach while they're in Florida on their WDW vacation, and most don't realize that they can book Vero Beach! It's only a little over an hour from WDW and a great way to wind down afer a hectic trip visiting the parks without losing that Disney feel or pixie dust. Standard rooms have a wonderful balcony, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. There's a great slide pool and jacuzzi, 2 wonderful restaurants, a great lounge with singers on the weekends and lots of games and activities for kids, adults, and families! They even own the property across the street complete with tennis courts and volley ball and an underground tunnel to walk thru to get there! Oh yes! And a campfire sing-a-long!
