Sorry if this has been discussed before. What are the normal maintenance fees as a DVC member? I stayed at OKW this past May and will be staying at Boardwalk and Beach Club Villas next May as a guest. DVC has always been tempting. And I see some people don't use it every year. So just wondering what those fees range.

Old Key West - $4.39
Saratoga Springs - $4.12
Vero Beach - $5.62

The fee increase is not that bad when You add up the increase in cost of rooms times the days that You normally stay on site, it is really a small increase.
