    It's expansion time again at Disneyland in California. Disney announced plans this week for a major, multiyear upgrade to the newer of the resort's two parks, Disney's California Adventure, including the creation of a 12-acre "land" inspired by the Disney/Pixar film Cars. Cars Land, as it will be called, will include a major Cars-themed thrill ride and two lesser family-friendly rides...

    Very interesting, I didn't find California Adventure boring but I am all for new stuff. It shows completion planned for 2012, that means my boys will be 10 and 8, perfect! Definitely planning on taking them to Disneyland, so maybe I will wait until then.

    There's a few threads where the upcoming stuff at DCA is mentioned but I don't think there was one out there on it's own. I'm glad I cancelled my DL trip in favor of a WDW trip now because by the time we have the funds to do DL all this should be there and ready to be seen!
