New Talking Character Meet and Greets begin at DL

I always wondered when they would do this. Now if I could only figure out how they do it. Cant wait to have this at WDW

My son, when little would have loved this. Betting they would have had to kick him out when his turn was over. :mickeykid

Daughter, would have freaked.

I LOVE this! I really hope we can find these sort of meet and greets at WDW soon.

Walt would probably say... "It's about time!"

LoL! I thought the same thing at first.. I still kind of think that actually. Maybe in the right setting it woulf be different.. I dunno.

I think it's cute, but I will be real annoyed if they go this route with everyone. I'm already annoyed beyond belief when there are several groups of eight people and they are alll standing there with autograph books and pens to go along with their picture. And then the parents want a photo of each child seperately. The lines for pictures take FOREVER as it is, much less having every character talking and interacting with every single person on the line. Walk up, get your picture taken, and get out of there so the person behind you can have their turn. We don't need anything to slow down these lines any more than they already are.

That is pretty cool, but wouldn't it seem odd to kids that Mickey spoke to them at one park, but he and the other characters were mute elsewhere?

I'm sure if they roll out Mickey, they'll do it across the parks. There are limited places you can see him, anyway, so it might not be too difficult. As for the rest of the characters being mute, leave that to the parents to sort out. :D

I can't wait until this is brought to WDW
