For the most part, there's not too many park-specific things other than shirts and maybe some pins. DL has a downtown disney section just like WDW with a World of Disney store that has everything there.
Hi There!
So, I'm sat here busily making a list of all the goodies I want to bring back from Disneyland when I go in September. There's a few things I've seen online that I really want to bring back with me, but just wondered how readily available they are at the West-Coast parks...
...There's a DVD called Imagineering the Magic, of which I have the Walt Disney World one already - would like to buy the Disneyland version. There's also the book Disneyland 'Then, Now and Forever'. I've seen this one on Amazon and eBay but it seems to be selling for a small fortune! Anybody know if I can get this in the parks at a reasonable price? Also, are there are any official guidebooks about the resort that I should be putting some money by for? Walt Disney World has those small paperback square-shaped books which I thought were really neat. Wondered if Disneyland did a similar thing?
Thanks for your help!![]()

I don't recall the exact titles on hand, but Off the Page in DCA's Hollywood Pictures Backlot had a nice selection of books when we were there last month. I did not purchase any in the Park however becasue I found them for less on Amazon.com.
regarding your goodies. what did you buy in the end?
Managed to get the book and DVD that I was after. Also bought some World of Color merchandise (a t-shirt and wrist-band), a vintage-style tour-guide ornament by Kevin Kidney and Jody Daily, some Vinylmation from the 'Oh Mickey!' range, a book about the windows on Main Street, another book about the first 55 years of Disneyland (can't remember the title off the top of my head - sorry!), rice crispy Mickey Treats, coconut patties (yummmm!!), Disney punch-mix... I'm sure there was some other stuff (including gifts I bought back for my husband), but my brain is failing me at the moment - LOL. Plus a pile of stuff I'd pre-ordered from the Destination D event.
