Eyewitness reports of Tokyo Disney after quake
As I am backtracking through the wdw radio shows, I just finished listening to Lou's 7 wonders with his emphasis on the castmembers being the ultimate wonder. I enjoyed listening to all of the wonderful castmember stories and dreamed about one day becoming one.
Today, I came across a website that had eyewitness reports of what went on/is going on in Tokyo Disney after the earthquake/tsunami. There are some GREAT examples of the type of wonderful castmembers that are employed at all the parks.
Just thought you might like to read about them as well.

Re: Eyewitness reports of Tokyo Disney after quake
It goes to show you why Disney is the #1 Resort no matter what part of the world you are in. I believe that the same thing would happen even if it were in Florida, California or France. A big thumbs up to the Disney cast members no matter where you work.

Re: Eyewitness reports of Tokyo Disney after quake
Thanks for this. I have read that the resort has become somewhat of a tent city for all the guests that were stranded because of the transportation problems. I heard they will be closed for about 10 days for repairs and to check on safety issues.

Re: Eyewitness reports of Tokyo Disney after quake
I wonder with the recent nuclear developments north of Tokyo (over 100 miles) if that will affect the re-opening of Tokyo Disneyland. A lot of people have left the island temporarily.
Their website says the re-opening date is not determined. I bet this will really hit the resort hard after it re-opens.
I hope all of the TDL's CM's are safe, as well as their families.
