Good luck trying to get through to the parks. I remember looking up a number to call them and from what I can recall, they actually charge you to call them. Insane.
I don't remember seeing wedding ears in Paris on previous visits - they're not so big on the 'ears' in Paris... not for adults anyway... I wore my Year of Million Dreams ones on one trip and got looked at by the other guests like I'd lost my marbles - ha ha! It might be worth ordering them online from the US parks to make sure you're not disappointed - just a thought?

That's probably your best bet. Though the bride/groom ears I received back when I did my engagement package are far different from the ones they sell now. I believe the bride ears are on a wire piece that fits around your head, where the ones I received were a white version of mickey ears, and the groom was as full top hat with ears attached. I haven't seen those versions in quite some time, though.
