Disneyland Trip Questions!

Thanks! I'm there Thursday til Monday, so I'll have Thursday, Friday, and Monday morning less crowded. I'm not opposed to crowds though. Could you give me a sample wait time on Space Mountain or something? (Sorry I'm picky! I'm just trying to plan. I can get a bit obsessive!)

And if I do see another person... I'll definitely let you know! :-)

I wish I could give you accurate wait times, but it really does depend on the time of the day and the time of the week. Again, the most reasonable times are during the weekdays. During the weekends, and especially holiday weekends, the times can be pretty hairy.

On this fine Easter Sunday, by my calculations, the folks who queued up for Space Mountain at ten this morning should be getting on right about.............now.

Lol. Exciting. :-) I'm assuming crowds are about the same to WDW a lot of the time, so I should be fine. I have a plan of attack and whatnot. :-)

Okay, my last couple questions before I leave. :-)

Weather, I've heard that it's never what people expect. For a person who gets cold easily when its like... 60s or below, do I need warm stuff or will I be able to bundle?

These are the first food/wine type weekends at DCA. Has anyone been? Are they good?

Just one random question if anyone has ever experienced this at either park, I'm planning on getting a zipper up jacket and a sharpie and having characters sign my jacket and then that will be one of my souviners from the trip. Has anyone ever had a problem with disney characters refusing to sign something that's not paper? I know I had them sign a hat when I was little but that was 10 years ago. Just wondering.

As long as you are not wearing the jacket, they should be able to sign it. They won't sign clothing you are wearing. I brought T-shirts one trip and the characters signed them. Eeyore, in fact, showed me that it was easier for them to sign if you hold the fabric stretched taut (tightly) for them - I had been using a piece of cardboard behind it before that
