Marathon training

CP1999 you are here in fl???? awesome!!! I will be up early Saturday morning to be there just before the race.I want to see the race to start and then head over to see everyone come through the castle.Then later head over and be at Lou's meet.And the AATM/Team Voice dinner/meet at 4 at Liberty Tree. then of course Yeha Bob's. I will have on my AATM shirt, so will E.

I am leaving on friday. I am alittle upset because I am dieing to meet everyone. I got involved with the online community and podcasts after I booked my vacation. If I could have I would of changed my vacation dates so I could meet everyone. As for running I have been staying on top of it here and am upto 10 miles for the January challenge. Oh yeah I nearly fell off the tread mill when I heard Jonathan mention my email on AATM and saying I am the creator of our current slogan. Have fun at the marathon. I will be cheering for everyone back in the northeast.

Hey Mike- Be aware that the gang at WDW Today read your email about Jesus and Scopa (I believe that it's you, unless there is more than one Mike from Rochester that listens to Disney podcasts). Just warning you in case you're on a treadmill. Have a safe trip home!

When Len read my email he left out a good portion of it. Oh well. Update time: I am back from my trip and I remember why I hate treadmills. When I got back I went for my daily morning run. I was so tired by the end of mile one I had to stop. Now why did this happen you may ask. Well the answer is easy. Treadmills can never compare to actual situations. When I run I have hills(most go up), Ashphalt, warm and cold weather, And everything inbetween. I had planned to just run around the outside of SSR, but decided to use the facilities. Yes it is nice to be in a climate controled room, but at what expense. When I ran today I was able to run my first mile and 3/4 of my second mile. I am glad that I was able to get back to where I was before I left. Oh well lesson learned. On an up note when I started this 2 months ago I was 245lbs. I weighted myself today and I am glad to say that I am down to 225lbs. I nearly jumped through the roof of my house in joy and excitment. How is everyone else doing?

Wow! Wow! Wow! I could jump through the roof for you too! Congratulations. Especially with the cold weather and the holidays. What an excellent goal, Marathon 2009.

That is GREAT!!! You and I are neck and neck now. I haven't lost anymore weight, but my clothes fit losser, so I guess I'm losing something.

CP'ers back and back at in school again. Wishing to be CP'ing, misses the World. Wants to go back but that pesky college stuff keeps getting in the way!
Meanwhile the CP'ing housing stuff still keeps arriving here via UPS, for me to find a place for.

cool! that would be awesome!!!! They are building the new health center for the CM"s and when they get it close to be done I will be applying for a spot.
We plan on moving up there in 2-3 years
