I want try to track everyone next year.They have the tracking page on the web site.That is so cool. I was able to know when everyone was at 5k,15k and finished.
so get out there an get your miles in.You should be able to do at least 10 miles steady by June. That is for long runs.
Start here. Do 2 miles 4 days a week. Track you time too.Add a half mile when you start a new week.If you feel that you are not ready then wait a week. Then one day a week you need to do a long run.or walk .I started at 4 mile.Track your time. Do not push yourself to hard but just do it. Even if you have to walk it at your normal walk to get use to it. :thumbs:
