Here is the challenge for January 2008. We are doing mileage this month to show support for the Disney Marathon weekend and all those in the race.
I know the full marathon is 26 miles but we are doing 24 miles for this month. You do not have to do them all in a day spread it out for the whole month.
I am up to 13 miles and I do 3.5 miles a day. I also cross train in the gym. I am not running I am speed walking.And I feel great!!!
