Ordered shirts today - I've never been more excited about a Disney trip!!

I just ordered my shirt to wear at the after party (Made our own shirts for the race). Hopefully it's cool at the party cause I ordered the LS shirt!

I have a slight problem on my hands...

Ann has dropped a bomb shell in the fact that she doesn't really want to come... She is shy at heart and not keen on meeting loads of new people at once!

What to do? What to do?...

We promise to behave. Tell her to just stop by for a little and if she is uncomfortable tell her you'll leave.

She's already met me, Lou, and maybe a few others.... would she feel more comfortable if I save you two seats? I'm still harmless

That is very true!... Do we know roughly how many might be there at lunch time?... I can't imagine it been overly many people?!!

If everybody who signed up to run/cheer and meet shows up, it's about 20 including us. I believe I read elsewhere that Don (MainStreetUSA) - another familiar face to Ann - is going to try to come too. So she'll already know at least a quarter of the people there!

I can tell you that the Marathon meet last January was far from overwhelming, just people coming and going.

Tell her I am really looking forward to meeting her, and if you ask Pat, I am sure she will tell you that I am not scary.

And Ann met me in London. If we start counting heads, she may know more people than most attending...definitely more than me, but I'm rarely shy to meet people so that doesn't help Ann.
Pat is still harmless? Hmmmm we can vote on that once we're all together.

I'm packing cheerleader pom poms, glow bracelets for everyone, and a couple of those light-up wands the Dream Team sold. No way our team of runners is going to miss seeing us!

My wife (Lori) and I are real excited about the long weekend and all the activities planned. We've only been to Disney once before (last month for a long weekend) without the kids and this couldn't have been a better time.

I look forward to meeting you all.

I had thought we'd wear the T-Shirts for the Lunch meet and then during the race. I'll be changing into something less wet for after the race.
