Lou and a few others are busy at D23 this week but we will be organizing Wine and Dine as soon as he gets back.

Completed a sprint triathlon today...a first for me. 3 weeks until the race, time to log the miles. Adding those last 3 is so hard. Is everyone doing some long runs? Anyone running at night?

With the exception of the Disneyland Half, all my training is at night, after a full day at work and dinner and evening chores. Glad its cooled down in the past few weeks. Hopefully it will follow suit in Orlando!!!
