I'm in the way back...#8416. I wish I could be in a higher corral so that I had more buffer time, but I really am going to be among the slowest so I know why I'm in D. You'll all be enjoying the party long before I'm there!![]()

If the party is like the one for Everest, you'll be fine. We took our time for that race, running with my two kiddos, but still had plenty of time to do everything two or three times. It was awesome!!!
And having only four corrals means no one will be that far apart. :-)
Are you doing Galloway? How's your training?

True true. Just hope my sister doesn't get sick of the party waiting for me! (She's really running!)
I've not been as formal as Galloway...my initial training program, when I was the only one crazy enough in my family to do a Disney race (thanks to Lou's 1/2) was a couch to 5K podcast, which I was using pretty regularly until lately. Taking my sister's suggestion, I was trying to just run a short distance consistently every day, but I'm not sure that's working for me either. However, I know that I'm so much stronger than I used to be and 10 miles will be totally doable - we're in training for the 2013 marathon too, so I just did a 14.25 mile walk last weekend, and I don't feel any worse for the wear - not like my first 1/2 2 years ago! I'm crazy with school starting up, but I have been pretty good about getting my training in this time. Thanks for asking!
