Site was down last night so couldn't post that I did a full workout. MPs and swings (200), wasn't as bad as I thought it would be after my little hiatus. I also realized how much I had missed my iPod too, love my tunes.

I don't think I will be able to run today, because I am not going to use my Treadmill..or go outside in the hail! So, Kettlbells all the way, other weights, leg strainers, push-ups, and crunches!!
Oh and maybe paintball in the snow with 7 other guys...

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to all you regulars on this thread for making me feel so welcome here.
My computer is going away for a week or two for repairs and i've realised how much i will miss this place.
But i vow to keep up the excercise and will say hi again asap

Hope you come back soon! It has been great seeing a new gym member here work so hard and stay motivated. You are a veyr friendly person and I know we will all miss you. Have fun exercising!
My workout today consisted of lifting weights, using kettlebell(have one in school) and running ladders. Don't worry haven't missed a day yet, except yesterday when it snowed four inches, and they decided not to plow the streets until 1 this morning!

I hear crickets......gotta keep the place running while our residing PT is off playing GI Joe again! I haven't been doing much cardio at all and I need to fix that. I did a whole bunch of military presses last night as I was cleaning my room (still have tons to put away and need to organize and/or purge some stuff). Now that I've pushed passed that "plateau" I was stuck on, I really don't want to gain back anything, I HAVE to do some swings or snatches tonight. HAVE TO. Someone gimme a push?
I did some swings the other day! dusted it off and used it. Have to go to work or I could do a little more today. Maybe later!

Ran three miles in 22 minutes. I know, not that great, but when it is cold and windy, you try running three miles and staying motivated!

I wonder if he packed his camo KB? Blends in better in the desert.

Now I can get out from underneath that chair, I just finished my usual swings and 20 snatches. It was rough today but I finished.
I looked at the KB and went...maybe tomorrow.
