He probably will. I think the thought of me being his co-host scares him.

He's not the only one who's scared!
Personally, I'm going after the Breakfast with Deb Wills and the Hidden Mickey Tour with Steve Barrett. Wouldn't mind the Southwest Airlines gift card too!

I haven't decided which item I'll bid on yet. I like:
  • Lot #2: Tim Devine Castle Print (naturally since he's my best friend)
  • Lot #27: Mickey Quilt (cannot bid on my wife's submission..lol)
  • Lot #39: Carolwood Pacific Railroad Society
  • Lot #67: Pirates Framed Pin Set

That Princess duffle bag is amazing!! I think Cassidy is eyeing up the Back to School Tink backpack.

There certainly were a lot of items that looked really good. I don't know how to decide.

All of the custom, hand-made items are beautiful. My wish would be to get one of them.

I want to bid on the kitchen and travel stuff ::

***I really want to bid on almost half of the lots but know that that would only be if I hit the lottery between now and July 19th***

11 more days!

Steve Barrett ???

Hey Pat,

The auction lot for a tour with S. Barrett - I know it says that it has to be done by July 09; but is that implying that he is available almost anytime?? I will be in Orlando in late October - and I see that it says arrangements must be made with him - but is it indicating that he is flexible enough that he will accomodate an already planned visit?? Is he an Orlando local??

He is a local, and you can always run your dates by him before bidding

Tracy's right - he is flexible about dates because he is a local. There are a few restrictions - Mousefest is blocked out, and during the Deb & Steve Cruise, but he hasn't given me any restrictions about late October. I'd still say double-check with him before placing a winning bid just to be sure.

I can tell you, he's a great guy to be in the parks with! Gracious even when I've shown him a few "two-beer" Hidden Mickeys, and instigated a "Magical Moment" that went very haywire!

By the way Tammi, do you know how much the Hidden Mickey Tour lot went for last year?
It was a VERY popular item; I believe it fetched the highest amount out of all of the auction lots!

Uh oh, looks like a bidding war between James & Tammi may be brewing.....

(last year Dr. Barrett was 'sold' for $350)
